Stutterer with Thomson & Craighead

Join us for an enlightening evening of discussion as part of the Cambridge Festival of Ideas

Mon 24 Oct 16,
18:30 to 20:00
Wellcome Genome Campus
Book Now (Free)

Artists Thomson & Craighead will be in conversation with Sarah Cook, Curator of the LifeSpace Gallery in Dundee, discussing their conceptual approach to Stutterer, which they call a 'poetry machine' playing the human genome like a musical score. They will also reflect upon the collaborative process of working with scientists to create Stutterer, which is the current exhibition at the Wellcome Genome Campus.

The evening will also be an opportunity for you to explore the artwork for yourself and to carry on the conversation over a drink in our bar.

The Wellcome Genome Campus is pleased to be organising this event as part of the Cambridge Festival of Ideas
